About the Central Executive President (केन्द्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष)
The Central Executive Presidency of the Uttarakhand Kranti Dal represents the strategic engine of regional politics in Devbhoomi. Entrusted with orchestrating grassroots organization across both Garhwal and Kumaon divisions, the Executive President oversees party wings (Prakoshths)—including Youth, Women, Farmers, and Ex-Servicemen—ensuring active ground implementation of party mandates.

Working in close tandem with the Central President and Parliamentary Board, the Executive President leads decisive campaigns on fundamental statehood issues: strict Land Laws (Bhu-Kanoon), employment preservation (Mool-Niwas rights), stopping hill migration (Palayan-Roktham), and empowering indigenous youth through transparent regional governance.

3. Inter-Prakoshth Coordination
Harmonizing the dynamic operations of Mahila, Yuva, Sainik, and Kisan Prakoshths to address public grievances swiftly.
